This is a time for us to mind ourselves and to keep the social and emotional element of our teaching and interactions to the fore; Something that our CDETB staff do incredibly well! Our students and colleagues may be experiencing stress and anxiety and will rely on our support and positive interactions with them, which they will no doubt miss in the coming weeks as people feel increasingly isolated. Keep the social contact going, albeit virtually!
